1. All bookings during Halloween (October 1st to 31st inc) and Christmas (December 1st to 31st inc)
seasons are final - no refunds are possible during these peak period once reserved.

2. Outside of Halloween and Christmas seasons, customers will receive a full refund or credit based on circumstances within 48 hours notice of cancellation only.

3. No-shows will be charged the full price.

4. All tickets are delivered via Email. You can print or show this on your phone
We may not accept your order if:

The item ordered is out of stock or fully booked.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
We find a product or pricing error.
We are unable to fulfill the minimum required numbers
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

The provider accepts no responsibility for personal injury, theft or harm of any nature, ON ANY PART OF THE TOUR OR AT ANY LOCATION, and reserves the right at all times to refuse admission, change, or cancel an event. By attending the events, you confirm that you are of suitable mental and physical health.
